Choosing a bibliography manager can be difficult, as there are many different programs to choose from. Luckily, there are many articles and blogposts that compare them. For me, Zotero came out on top. The challenge that I faced was integrating Zotero with my already existing folder structures on my Mac, as well as with Dropbox and iAnnotate.

It’s great to be able to access your documents anytime and anywhere, while also having a back up in case your hardware fails. With the proliferation of cloud storages services many people will use a host of them, whether it is Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, SkyDrive or Evernote. As a result it has become increasingly difficult to organise your files across these systems.
